Senior Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counts, and stock audits.

Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including manpower planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring.

Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.

Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.

Investigate and resolve operational issues such as stock discrepancies, damages, or delays.

Prepare reports on inventory status, operational performance, and manpower utilization.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations.

Experience in managing warehouse teams and handling large-volume inventory.

Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure.
