• Good communication skills
• Identify and assess customer's needs
• Provide customers with friendly service, confident and knowledgeable manner
• GDL License
岗位职责
Carry out corrective, servicing action for customers.
Attend on Customer complaint.
Involve door and door accessories installation.
To proceed with repairing activity for customer complaints / claims as per procedures.
To inform immediate superior pertaining abnormalities found during site service job.
