Service Coordinator

Your role:
- Schedule and coordinate technicians' daily service jobs
- Monitor service requests and job progress
- Liaise with customers, technicians and internal departments
- Maintain service records in JIRA & AutoCount
- Prepare and manage service documentation

We're looking for:
* Diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in service coordination, customer service or administration
* Organised, detail-oriented and a good communicator
