Service Coordinator

Requirements

. Language required: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, little English.
. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
. Training will be provided
. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
. Basic knowledge of computer and WhatsApp Web operations
. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
. Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
. Prior experience in customer service or front desk role is an advantage
. Skills Required: Customer Service, Front Desk Reception and Communication Skills

Responsibilities

. Handle and respond to customer inquiries via PC WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
. Assist customers in checking the status of their printing jobs
. Collect payments from customers (cash, e-wallets, bank transfers) and issue receipts
. Create and open new job orders in the system upon customer request
. Attend to walk-in customers at the front desk
. Coordinate with internal departments (design/production) to ensure job progress
. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and update job tracking
