Service Crew

Requirements
-Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level education.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
-Exhibit strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with colleagues.
-Maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with company guidelines.
-Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.

Responsibilities
-Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
-Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them of any specials or promotions.
-Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all guest preferences and dietary requirements are noted.
-Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Process payments accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and performance standards.
-Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning the restaurant.
