Service Crew / Barista

Job Scopes
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty beverages.

Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including maintaining cleanliness of the coffee station, counters, and seating areas.

Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments in accordance with company policies.

Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate restocking needs to management.

Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies.

Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or cashier in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.

A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn new skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
