Service Crew - Sepang

Requirements
-Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.
-Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with customers and team members.
-Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean environment.
-Willingness to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
-Ability to assist in inventory management, including stocktaking and ordering supplies.
-Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during service.
-Commitment to maintaining quality control standards to ensure consistent food and beverage presentation.

Responsibilities
-Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
-Take customer orders accurately, using point-of-sale (POS) systems, and ensure special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
-Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and presentation guidelines.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper table settings.
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly or escalating them to the supervisor when necessary.
-Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies, condiments, and beverages, and replenishing them as needed.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, payment processing, and security protocols.
