Service Crew - Sunway Velocity

Requirements
-Minimum SPM or equivalent academic qualification
-Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an added advantage
-Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
-Able to communicate in basic Mandarin. Cantonese is preferred
-Pleasant and professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills
-Willing to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays
-Positive attitude and a strong team player

Responsibilities
-Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival
-Manage daily reservations and accommodate walk-in customers
-Answer customer inquiries professionally and provide information about the restaurant
-Present menus and take customer orders clearly and accurately
-Serve dishes and drinks promptly and courteously
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining area
