Service Crew (Wangsa Walk)

Pay Range: RM1,700 – RM2,300

Requirements:

• Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details.

• Ability to work independently.

• Positive attitude and responsible character.

• Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.

• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.

• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.

• Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and present them with menus and beverage lists.

• Advise customers on food and beverage choices.

• Take orders accurately and pass the orders to the kitchen crew.

• Serve food promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

• Clear tables and return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen.

• Present bills, handle payment transactions and operate point-of-sales machines and cash

registers.
