岗位职责
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with seating and ensure they are comfortable.
• Take customer orders accurately and answer inquiries about menu items.
• Provide basic recommendations when required.
• Handle customer requests or complaints professionally and inform the supervisor if needed.
• Prepare and assist in assembling food and beverage orders according to company standards.
• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
• Ensure food presentation and service meet the restaurant's standards.
• Process customer payments accurately using the designated system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service stations, and kitchen areas.
• Clean and sanitize tables, utensils, and equipment regularly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
