SERVICE ENGINEERS (机械维修工程师) in CNC Machines

Key Responsibilities :-

Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns to restore operations at client sites.

Provide technical service and support, ensuring machines are functioning efficiently.

Deliver training to clients after machine installations.

Prepare and submit detailed service reports on work performed.

Requirements :-

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering (experience with CNC machines is a plus).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - training will be provided!

Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

Able to clearly explain technical concepts.

Proactive, analytical, and willing to take initiative.

Excellent customer service skills and a team player.

Passionate about staying updated on machinery and technology advancements.

Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to interact with principals and customers in China and Taiwan).
