Service Logistics Team Lead

Job Descriptions: -

Team Establishment
· Lead and guide a new logistics support team under the Quality & Service department
· Define workflows, SOPs, and KPIs to optimize service logistics functions

Inventory & System Control
· Ensure accuracy for all inventory in/out activities
· Verify DO and GR completion for product
· Monitor return quantities, overdue collections, and scrap management
· Track system transaction history across modules
· Forecast monthly return product in collaboration with Product Managers (PM)
· Generate weekly/monthly inventory and collection reports

Cross-Team Coordination
· Identify and resolve exchange cases without DO issuance
· Collaborate with Warranty, Service, and Sales departments for closure and reconciliation

Job Requirements: -
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, inventory control, or service support
· Prior experience leading a cross-functional team is strongly preferred
· Hands-on familiarity with SAP and service logistics modules
