Job Description

需持有工商管理、酒店管理、烹饪艺术或
相关领域的学士学位。
工作经验：
至少5年餐饮业（F&B）运营经验，其中需
具备2-3年多门店管理或培训领导岗位经验。
全权负责前厅服务整体管理、服务标准执行
督导服务员、领班工作，排班、培训、仪容礼仪管控
接待顾客、处理客诉、维护用餐体验与门店口碑
管控前厅环境卫生、餐桌布置、高峰期现场调度
落实服务 SOP，提升服务质量、翻台率及顾客满意度
配合后厨与餐厅经理，协调出餐、上菜节奏
