Service Technician

Job Overview:
• To perform on new project's Commissioning, Migration project's Commissioning, Service &
• Maintenance, Testing, Engineering, Programming and Designing any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature within Scheinen's Portfolio.
• To perform on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software).
• To be able to work together as a team with other Engineers, Technicians and Subcontractors.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Corrective Maintenance Servicing for Firefighting Equipment.
• Prepare the shop drawings and application projects.
• Supervision of field installation and cabling.
• Determine on time equipment and accessory needs for implementation of Projects.
• Carry out design works, programming of HVAC controllers, Fire Panels, Access Control Panels.
• Prepare graphics and necessary programming works as per specifications.
• Ability to write a good service report.
• Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by the Technical Manager.
• Follow SCHEINEN'S SOPs, HSE and quality systems while delivering the Periodic maintenance services as well as the execution of Projects.
• Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives
