Site Engineer

Responsibilities

To prepare project progress report, site measurement for progress claim submission.

To verify sub-contractors site measurement accurately for claim submission.

To coordinate with client representative, sub-contractor and site supervisor on quality assurance and project progress monitoring.

To assist project manager in monitoring project progress, project scheduling, budget time required to complete project.

To coordinate resources with reference to PQP and monitor and adjust delivery schedule based on site conditions.

To coordinate subcontractors/ project teams for workforce, material/ machineries allocation.

To ensure material received fulfill to quality specification and quantity.

To be responsible for site survey according to construction specification.

To attend to all defects / complaints by SO/ customers.

To attend all authorities and SO inspection.

To monitor work quality using checklist and RFI.

To be responsible for proper usage/ storage of machineries/ equipment/ materials.



Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Construction related studies

Minimum 1 years of construction site working experience

Fresh Graduate candidate is welcome to apply

Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Projects

Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients

Good in coordination, communication skills and problem solving
