Site Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

Inspect and measure the work completed on-site, ensuring accurate progress evaluations, and verify subcontractor payment applications before approval.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor material usage, track resource expenditure, and ensure work aligns with project timeline and standards.

Oversee material management on-site, ensuring proper inventory control, timely procurement, and minimizing wastage to optimize cost efficiency.

Analyze workforce productivity, ensuring resources are being utilized efficiently and aligned with project schedules and goals.

Ensure all project records are up-to-date and stored appropriately for future reference.



Requirements

Must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering / Management or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing and industry.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
