Site Supervisor

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
1. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
1. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
2. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
3. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
4. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
5. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
6. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary
measures as needed.
7. 5.Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget
specifications.
8. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
9. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by
the quality management system.
10. To comply with client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
11. To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
12. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
