Site Supervisor (Installation)

Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision, specifically in furniture installation projects.
Proficient in site management principles and practices, with a strong understanding of installation procedures.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of quality control procedures to ensure that all installations meet the company's standards and client specifications.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans accurately.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on site.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site furniture installation activities, ensuring projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
Supervise and coordinate a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
Maintain accurate records of installation progress, including daily reports, material usage, and any deviations from the original plan.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all furniture installations meet the company's standards and client expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or installation challenges that may arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
