Site Supervisor

Location: Bandar Sunway, Nadayu

Pay: RM3300 per month (Based on experience) (RM3000+300 petrol allowance)

Requirements:
-Below 35
-Malay, Tamil or English skills preferred
-Preferred previous experience

Responsibilities:

-Site Progress Tracking: Visit assigned condo units regularly to monitor renovation, furnishing, and preparation timelines

-Unit Logistics & Delivery Management: Coordinate and oversee the arrival, unboxing, and setup of all furniture, appliances, and amenities; verify delivery accuracy and ensure zero damage to the property or items.

-Defect Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct thorough walk-throughs of newly acquired or vacated units to identify, document, and report structural or cosmetic flaws (e.g., plumbing leaks, faulty appliances, wall scratches) before tenant check-in.
