Site Supervisor (Waterproofing Team)

Requirements

Minimum education is Secondary School or higher.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English, enabling effective interaction with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in epoxy application and site supervision, demonstrating a strong understanding of epoxy flooring systems and installation techniques.
Proficient in site management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating epoxy flooring projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of epoxy applicators, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve high-quality workmanship.
Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to epoxy application, ensuring a safe working environment for the team and compliance with industry standards.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate epoxy application and adherence to project requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during epoxy flooring projects, such as surface preparation issues or material inconsistencies.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the epoxy flooring team at the project site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct pre-start briefings with the epoxy team, outlining daily tasks, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
Manage on-site resources, including epoxy materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and proper maintenance.
Oversee the preparation of surfaces for epoxy application, ensuring they are clean, dry, and properly prepared according to specifications.
Monitor the epoxy application process, ensuring proper mixing ratios, application techniques, and curing times are followed.
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the epoxy flooring meets the required standards and client expectations.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the epoxy application process, implementing corrective actions to minimize delays and maintain quality.
Maintain accurate records of epoxy materials used, work progress, and any incidents or issues encountered on-site.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure the epoxy team adheres to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
