About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Software Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in both frontend and backend development. You should be capable of independent work in a single component and take end-to-end responsibility for projects. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance our web applications.


What You’ll Do

Fullstack Development & Ownership
Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full stack
Ability to own mid sized features/ components from design to completion
Technical Collaboration & Product Delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively and in a timely manner
Understands how to deliver business value and collaborate with Products/ Stakeholders to drive business requirements
Communicates feedback and seek for timely advice from seniors and managers whenever encountering roadblocks
AI & Tooling Enablement
Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding platforms) to enhance productivity
Integrate and suggest tool improvements for team efficiency

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development
Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Laravel, and PHP
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture
Experience in building web applications using NextJS
Experience working with Blade templating engine
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in utilizing AI tools during development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Cursor, Claude Code)

Knowledge of Docker or containerized development environments
Experience with Flutter development is a plus
