Special Officer Cum Sosial Media Assistant

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with scheduling and communication tools
Skilled in social media platforms and basic content creation tools
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities

Act as the Special Officer to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), providing direct support in daily operations and strategic matters.
Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient information flow.
Provide full secretarial and administrative support, including:
Managing the CEO’s calendar and appointments.
Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Preparing meeting minutes and handling expense claims.
Handle and respond to correspondence, inquiries, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Assist the CEO with special assignments, confidential matters, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Support media relations by engaging with media representatives and responding to media inquiries.
Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and multimedia elements.
Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to build and maintain a positive online presence.
