Sports Advisor Full Time (Decathlon KLGCC Mall)

As a Sports Advisor, your mission is simple: ensure every customer leaves "satisfied or satisfied."

You will be the face of Decathlon, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to:

Be a Sports Coach: Share your passion! Greet customers warmly and offer expert advice on products, helping them find the perfect gear for their sport, even suggesting new activities.

Create the Best Store: Work alongside your teammates to set up and maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting department. You'll ensure our stock is accurate and products are displayed perfectly.

Be a Problem Solver: Handle any situation—from payments and returns to solving product queries—with a friendly, professional, 5-star attitude.

Build the Community: Connect with customers, encourage sign-ups for our loyalty programs, and become a recognizable, trusted resource for the local sports enthusiasts.


The Essentials (Your Toolkit)
Sports Enthusiastic

Education: A minimum of a Diploma in any field.

Experience: We welcome Fresh Graduates excited to start their career, as well as experienced professionals looking for a new challenge.

Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a big plus!

Availability: You must be able to play as part of the team during our busiest times, including weekends and holidays.

The Zero-Effort Route: Catch the KLGCC Mall Shuttle from Semantan MRT Station (Entrance A) running daily from 8 AM to 11 PM.
