Sr. Sales Designer

Are you a go-getter with a flair for design and a passion for closing deals?
HiAS Design is looking for a talented Sales Designer to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:
Meet with potential clients, pitch ideas, and close project deals confidently.
Prepare BQs, invoices, and relevant documents for clients.
Create space plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings using Coohom or other web-based tools (training provided).
Conduct site visits, measurements, and work closely with the site supervisor from start to finish.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors, manage orders, ensure installation qualityand handle defect checks.
Manage the project from first client meeting to key handover – end-to-end ownership.
Work with provided leads – but self-initiative and bringing your own leads is a huge plus!

What We’re Looking For:
Highly independent with strong sales and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a good eye for design and quality control.
Able to manage multiple tasks and client expectations.
Willing to visit sites and get hands-on when needed.
Previous experience in interior design sales is a big advantage.
