Inventory & Stock Control
Update stock movement in system accurately
Monitor stock balance and stock ageing
Prepare stock reports and inventory records
Support stock count and cycle count activities
Investigate stock variance and discrepancies
Maintain batch number and expiry date records

Documentation & System Update
Prepare Delivery Order (DO), Goods Receive Note (GRN), and invoices
Key in purchase orders and stock transfer data
Ensure all documents are properly filed and updated
Maintain warehouse transaction records in SAP/WMS/ERP system

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transport teams
Follow up shipment and delivery status
Handle customer or supplier documentation requirements
Support daily operation planning

Reporting
Prepare weekly, and monthly reports
Generate stock ageing and inventory accuracy reports
Report abnormal stock movement to supervisor
