STORE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (Vacancies available in the KL and JB areas)

Job Description:

Join our team at Chicco, a trusted global brand specializing in baby products! We are looking for a passionate and customer-friendly Store Assistant Supervisor to assist parents in finding the best solutions for their little ones.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations and staff activities.

Ensure all team members provide warm, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service—especially to new parents and families.

Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Help train and mentor staff in customer service, product knowledge.

Assist with stock management, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Monitor store presentation to ensure products are well-stocked and shelves are appealing.

Help with scheduling, shift coverage, and maintaining a productive, supportive team environment.

Promote and uphold store policies, safety guidelines, and brand standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role in retail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for customer service and sales.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
