Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

🎯 What You Will Be Doing:

1. Inventory & Reporting

-Verification: Check customer receipts to ensure the quantity matches the Invoice.

-Data Entry: Timely update of incoming stock into our system daily.

-Stock Management: Prepare reports for write-offs, repacking, and inter-branch transactions.

-Problem Solver: Help reconcile stock counts and investigate inventory differences.

- Reporting: Keep your Superior informed on progress and any issues.

2. Essential Documentation

-Paperwork Control: Ensure lorry drivers return all delivery documents (Invoice, GRN, GIV) and they match the summary.

-Follow-Up: Immediately track down and report any missing documents or shortages from drivers.

-Filing: Maintain a well-organized system for all supporting documents.

✅ Your Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Minimum SPM qualification.

-Experience: At least 1 year in a store, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

-Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

-Soft Skills: Able to multi-task effectively and work with minimum supervision.
