Store Manager (IMAGO SHOPPING MALL)

Job Descriptions:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

Drive sales to meet and exceed targets and KPIs

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally

Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to perform at their best

Recruit, train, and onboard new team members

Schedule shifts and manage staff coverage based on business needs

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement

Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional strategies

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

Manage budgets and control store expenses

Communicate regularly with area or regional managers regarding performance and challenges

Create a positive and productive working environment for staff

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail management is required

Passionate about the retail industry and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and maintain punctuality

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Willing to work 6 days a week and able to work on rotating shifts

Willing to be on standby to cover shifts during manpower shortages
