Store Manager（Pavillion Bukit Jalil）

Key Responsibilities:

Store Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Sales & Operations Management: Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective merchandising, inventory management, and promotional strategies.

Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Financial & Administrative Duties: Manage store budgets, shift arrangment, and cash handling procedures. Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.



Requirements & Qualifications:

-Passion for toys, collectibles, and pop culture.

-Proven at least 1 year experience in a retail management or supervisory role.

-Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.

-Excellent business acumen with an understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs).

-Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

-Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer software.

-Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

3、传达并执行营运部的工作计划；

4、负责与地区总部及其他业务部门的联系沟通；

5、负责门店人员的选拨和考评；

6、处理店铺内各类突发事件，确保店铺管理工作有序进行。

【岗位要求】

1、 具有1-3年及以上店长或门店运营管理相关工作经验，有零售等相关品牌工作经验的优先；

2、良好的沟通、领导和协调能力，亲和力强，能承受较大的工作压力；

3、性格坚韧，战斗力超强，具备在困难、挫折、艰苦的逆境中生存的能力；

4、较强的商业意识和触觉，能有效促进店铺销售及提供高标准的客户服务；

5、热爱潮玩产品优先；
