Store Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Minimum diploma or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in retail or F&B store management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Basic understanding of meat products and cold chain handling is a plus.
Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, with rotational off days.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to speak in Mandarin is a Must.
Skills required: Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising.
Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail and café sections.
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate a small team of baristas, kitchen crew, and retail staff.
Monitor and ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage stock levels, order inventory, and reduce wastage or overstocking.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards.
Track daily sales, manage cash handling, and generate basic reports for management.
Coordinate with suppliers and the central kitchen/warehouse on meat supply and logistics.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Assist with promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
