Qualifications

Experience:
-No/some experience required, training will be provided.
-Experience in retail, supermarket, or customer service is an advantage.

Skills & Abilities:
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Physically healthy (able to stand for long periods of time & lift light to medium loads).
-Basic mathematical skills (if working as a cashier).
-Able to work in a team and have a positive attitude.

Job Requirements:
-Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
-Comply with company regulations regarding clothing and personal hygiene.

Job responsibilities
-Replenishment (Stock Replenishment):
-Able to manage stock efficiently and according to established procedures.
-Ensuring shelves are always full of products for sale.
-Maintain cleanliness of shelves and stocking areas.

Backroom (Warehouse/Back Area):
-Responsible for receiving and sorting incoming goods.
-Ensure all items are organized and ready to be distributed to the sales floor.
-Ensure the back space is clean and organized.

Bakery (Bread Section):
-Prepare and update stock of bread, pastries, and other bakery products.
-Follow food safety and product storage procedures.
-Maintain cleanliness of bakery area and equipment.

Fresh (Fresh Products):
-Manage fresh products such as fruits, vegetables, meat, and fish.
-Ensuring the quality and cleanliness of fresh products are always maintained.
-Ensure fresh product stock is well organized and ready for sale.

Customer Service:
-Excellent communication skills to deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
-Able to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
-Provide assistance to customers regarding products, promotions, or services offered.
-Control payment and cancellation transactions using a computer system.

System:
-Able to use POS (Point of Sale) systems and other sales applications efficiently.
-Update product data, prices, and inventory in the system accurately.
