Storekeeper

Qualifications
-Minimum education: PT3 qualification (Primary School).
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Experience in store keeping.
-Basic computer literate.
-Basic communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and verbal).

Job responsibilities
-Receive and check quantity of incoming direct raw materials/finished goods
-Assist in establishing, implementing and continuously improving for activities on requisition of products, handling, storage, preservation and delivery
-Set up systematic layout, proper identification and traceability system
-Issue raw materials to production based on production order requisition
-Maintain first-in-first out (FIFO) system
-Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete goods
-Promote store safety, cleanliness and tidiness activities in store
-Prepare stock status report
-Involve stock take activity
-Outgoing scan in QAD system to ensure delivery order packaging for shipment as per customer requirement
-Outgoing barcode printing as per customer's requirements
-Physical quantity verification and QAD system16.11 Work Order Receipt
-QAD system 3.4.3, Transfer With Lot/Serial Change and quantity adjustment at menu QAD system 3.7, issues -Unplanned & QAD system 3.9, Receipts Unplanned
-Other functions as and when delegated by immediate superior or above authority
