Subcontract Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sourcing and management for regional subcontractors.
Expand and maintain a strong, reliable supplier base.
Build relationships with contractors across the Rest of Asia (ROA).
Ensure subcontractors meet Honeywell standards.
Partner with Proposal & Estimation teams for high-quality inputs.
Validate estimates and identify risks.
Support competitive bid strategies.
Lead negotiations including rate-card development.
Standardize subcontract templates and processes.
Ensure compliance with local and regional laws (ASEAN / APAC) and Honeywell policies.
Develop and deploy KPIs.
Establish preferred subcontractor programs.
Support capability-building initiatives.
Improve bid package development processes.
Drive adoption of procurement tools.
Support cost model and should-cost tools.
Key Experience & Capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5–8+ years subcontracting experience in EPC or construction environments.
Strong background in low-voltage electrical trades.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Experience in multicultural environments.
