Supervisor (St Mary)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and monitor staff attendance, duty roster, and scheduling
• Handle POS system operations (Zeoniq preferred)
• Key in GRN (Goods Received Note) and ensure stock records are updated accurately
• Manage digitalized outlet documentation and reporting
• Assist in cashiering and customer service when required
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and SOP compliance at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operation
• Use laptop/computer (company provide) for operational and reporting tasks

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in F&B supervisory role
• Must have POS system experience (Zeoniq experience is an advantage)
• Basic computer and laptop skills required
• Able to handle digital systems and reporting
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
