🎯 What You'll Do
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring the best possible outcome.
Lead by example and maintain high standards of customer engagement across the sales floor.
Ensure team members maintain professional grooming and presentation standards in line with company guidelines.
Develop a strong understanding of customer service measurement tools, including the Observation Checklist programme.
Sales & Commercial Performance
Support the achievement and delivery of store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor team performance and customer service levels to maximize sales opportunities.
Drive the effective use of in-store technology, including kiosks and digital devices, to provide customers with access to the full product range.
Utilize key retail reports such as Top Sales Reports, Wall Sales Reports, and Branch Trade Review Reports to support product placement and commercial decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer engagement, and overall store performance.
Visual Merchandising
Create an engaging shopping environment using the latest visual merchandising techniques.
Support the maintenance of high presentation standards across all areas of the sales floor.
Ensure stock is clean, organized, and presented to company standards at all times.
Assist in implementing promotional campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising directives.
Training & Development
Encourage continuous learning and personal development within the team.
Support the onboarding, induction, and training of new team members.
Assist in coaching and developing existing staff to improve performance and career progression.
Ensure team members complete required training modules, assessments, and development programs.
Foster a positive team culture focused on growth, accountability, and success.
🔍 What You'll Bring
Essential
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail, supervisory, or team leadership role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Ability to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred
Experience within sports, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail.
Exposure to KPI-driven retail environments.
Familiarity with retail reporting tools and operational processes.
Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members.
