Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase materials/products according to company requirements

Negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms with suppliers

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Coordinate with suppliers, production, logistics, and internal departments

Prepare purchase orders, planning schedules, and inventory reports

Ensure smooth warehouse operations and inventory accuracy

Support continuous improvement in supply chain processes

Requirements
Experience in procurement, purchasing, planning, warehouse, or supply chain functions is preferred

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions

Good communication and coordination skills

Familiar with ERP/MRP systems will be an advantage

Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
