Swimming Coach

Qualifications
-Language proficiency: English and Chinese. If you know other languages ​​(e.g., Mandarin, Malay), it will be a plus.
-Educational Background: Minimum SPM qualification is required. Candidates with pre-school education background or experience are encouraged to apply.
-Experience: No experience is required, and non-swimmers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided; experienced applicants are preferred.
-Personality: Positive learning attitude, responsible, respectful to others, honest and trustworthy.
-Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, understandably, and positively with students and parents.

Location: Out-of-town candidates are encouraged to apply; accommodation will be provided to successful candidates.

Job responsibilities
-Conduct Swim Lessons: Plan and teach engaging swim lessons tailored to the skill level and age of participants. Build confidence through fun activities that increase comfort and skill development in the water.
-Safety Supervision: Ensure a safe and supervised environment. Must be able to effectively manage the classroom, keeping safety as a top priority.
-Work Communication: Maintain professional, open and effective communication with team members and parents and guardians.
-Teamwork: Collaborates with other coaches, staff, and team members to create a unified and supportive coaching environment.
