System Engineer - SMART IT, Smart Mobility Plant

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Networking / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering from any recognized institution

Knowledge in automotive industry or automotive business process is an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skill

Well versed in advanced programming and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines)

Based at Perodua Headquarters (HQ), Sg Choh, Rawang, Selangor.

Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply

Responsibilities

To support and troubleshoot IT related hardware and software problem reported by users

To support and troubleshoot problem on Network (LAN, IP, DNS, Cloud) or Communication

To support and monitoring network performance tools authorized such as Internet Access Management System (IAMS), PS/Switches/AP/WIFI Controller monitoring system, etc

To work with cloud provider for design and develop cloud-based infrastructure, application and services to meet the requirements.

To prepare documentation (e.g. SOP, manual troubleshooting, etc.)

To update and maintain network equipment (network switches, UPS, AP & etc) inventory list (new, transfer, loan and dispose)

To monitoring and maintaining all the network equipment at Plant and cloud

To prepare weekly/ad hoc report to immediate supervisor
