Tax Executive

Provide tax advisory on the Group’s various business segments, including application of tax incentives, grants and licenses

Provide strategic tax planning, advise on available incentives and to maximize the optimum use of incentive

Prepare and/or review annual tax returns and ensure compliance with the necessary deadline

Prepare tax and risk management report, as well as control assessment on the Group’s policies

Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with Group’s policies, regulatory laws and regulations for financial and tax reporting.

Assist with tax audits and respond to various tax notices from tax authorities

Conduct research and keeping the team members abreast on various tax matters

Work and liaise closely with various government agencies e.g. Inland Revenue Board, Ministry of Finance and other government agencies

Involve in any ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements
Minimum Degree or Professional Certificate in Accounting

Minimum 1- 3 years of working experience in related field

Good knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and relevant laws

Good knowledge of tax software and MS Office

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Proactive and outgoing person who enjoys meeting up with people
