Requirements

SPM and Above with relevant experience can apply
Ability to assist clients in resolving technical issues promptly and professionally
Proficient in reading, speaking, and typing Mandarin (Traditional mandarin )
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude
Responsibilities

Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls via Azure AD and Entra ID
Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and (SSO) for Microsoft 365 and client platforms
Administer Azure AD components including user/group management and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
Maintain directory synchronization using Azure AD Connect / Entra ID Sync
Integrate applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols
Implement and manage Conditional Access Policies to enhance identity security
Monitor identity-related logs and authentication activity for anomalies and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to support secure access across systems and applications
Maintain documentation and ensure best practices for identity and access governance
