Technical Field Support Engineer (Entry/Junior Level)

12 months contract (yearly renewable)



Responsibilities of the Role:

• Perform calibration and verification of KEYENCE metrology equipment

• Install, test, and validate repaired items and ensure proper integration into existing systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to KEYENCE devices and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of calibration and repair activities in compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during all engineering activities.



Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.

1-2 years’ experience is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Aggressive and hardworking. Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly in the study of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.

Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients

Possess own transportation and willing to travel interstate

Able to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang or Subang Jaya, Selangor

Prefer candidates who can start work in August 2026
