Technical Manager

Job Summary

The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing technical operations related to drilling and completion activities, providing engineering support, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise technical aspects of drilling and completion operations.

Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.

Review operational procedures, technical reports, and engineering documentation.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments on technical matters.

Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Support troubleshooting and problem-solving during operational activities.

Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and operational reviews.



Requirements

PhD / Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling and/or completion operations.

Strong technical knowledge in oil & gas operations.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple operational activities and deadlines.
