TECHNICIAN (COOLING TOWER FLUSHING & PASSIVATION)

1) Set up and carry out flushing of cooling tower piping to remove debris, dirt, and mill scale.
2) Prepare and circulate passivation chemical solutions to clean and protect piping surfaces.
3) Handle, mix, and dose chemicals safely, following the SDS and site safety procedures.
4) Monitor flow, pressure, pH, and chemical concentration throughout the flushing and passivation process.
5) Set up and dismantle temporary hoses, strainers, and dosing equipment.
6) Follow proper PPE use, spill control, and chemical waste disposal procedures.
7) Record daily work progress and prepare basic reports for the supervisor
