Technician - Penang Based

Requirements
-Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Certificate in E&E (Electrical & Electronics) or Mechanical or equivalent.
-Good practical knowledge of aircond servicing, electrical systems and wiring.
-1-2 years of experience in the electrical field or as a Technician.
-Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve oneself.
-Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
-Location: G-11, Vivo Executive Apartment, Persiaran Cassia Barat 9, Bandar Cassia, 14110 Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a hardworking and quality-focused individual to join our team as a Technician for renovation and maintenance projects in condominium units managed by our company.

JOB SCOPE
-Carry out modification works such as wiring/electrical works, rewiring, installation of lights, circuits, and electrical socket supplies for household equipment, and troubleshooting wiring issues.
-Perform air conditioning maintenance and servicing, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
-Knowledge of smart meter installation is an added advantage.
-Perform other repair works in the unit as required.
-Ensure all tasks are carried out professionally, ethically, and in a timely manner.
-Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
