Technician Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of engineering staff, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, emergencies, or guest related maintenance requests.

Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials, coordinate procurement when necessary.

Provide technical support, training, and guidance to technicians and junior staff.

Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, equipment history, and compliance logs.

Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment by all team members.



Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or related technical field.

Minimum 3-4 years of hotel engineering or building maintenance experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and emergency procedures.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holiday.

Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
