Description

Technology Enablement and Onboarding
Lead technology enablement initiatives to transform GBS into a highly digital, scalable operation that supports companies and associates across the organisation.
Collaborate with Corporate functions such as IT and Finance, as well as operating companies, to ensure seamless integration of business support systems and services within GBS.
Ensure full alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Process Transformation and Digitalisation
Identify and drive opportunities for automation, simplification, and digitalisation of business processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Champion the adoption of advanced technologies to ensure GBS remains relevant, agile, and efficient.
Technology Strategy and Governance
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with GBS and overall organisational objectives.
Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance, scalability, and sustainability of digital initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure and optimise the impact of digitalisation on service delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management
Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, and other Corporate functions to align digital strategies.
Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities related to transformation and digitalisation efforts.
Talent and Capability Development
Build and lead a high-performing team with strong expertise in business transformation, digitalisation, and IT operations.
Drive upskilling initiatives to strengthen internal capabilities in emerging technologies.
Profile

A successful Technology Shared Services Director should have:

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven expertise in technology solutions for Accounting & Finance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the business services industry.
Experience in managing vendor partnerships and procurement processes.
A commitment to staying updated on the latest technological advancements.
