Job Scope

Promote courses offered by YPC International College

To do cold calling or marketing calls to identify potential students from a given phone directory.

Promote our educational programs to prospective students and their parents through various marketing channels.

Conduct personalized counselling to understand the needs and goals of students and assist them in making informed decisions.

Develop and maintain a network of potential students through leads generation and follow up activities

Training will be provided.

Salary + attractive commission

Full time contract



Job Requirements

Candidate from other education background such as Diploma or SPM with proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/ customer service role are welcome to apply.

Possess good telephone skills.

Confident and friendly.

Persistent and results oriented.

Able to maintain friendly and professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Able to perform under stressful and tight-deadline situations.

Working experience in a higher education institution would be an advantage.
