2. Introduce company services clearly and professionally
3. Explain key benefits and answer basic enquiries
4. Build interest and identify potential opportunities
5. Identify suitable customers based on target criteria
6. Collect basic information from prospects
7. Confirm customer needs and interest level
8. Pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up
9. Perform follow-up calls or messages with interested prospects
10. Any others ad-hoc task assign by superior.
