Telemarketing Cum Sales Executive

Requirements
-Qualifications & Experience:
-Minimum SPM and above.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively engage clients in both languages.

Responsibilities
-Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and secure sales.
-Sales Generation: Drive sales through consistent follow-ups, building rapport with customers, and identifying their needs to offer suitable solutions.
-Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and activities using Excel or CRM tools.
-Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align strategies and improve sales outcomes.
