Telemarketing Executive (Fully Remote / WFH)

Responsibilities:
-Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce our bank loan advisory services, focusing on bank loan applications.
-Educate prospects on the loan application process, requirements, and benefits of our services.
-Collect necessary information from prospects to assess their eligibility and assist them with the application.
-Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
-Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.

Requirements:
-Min Diploma.
-Previous experience in telesales / telemarketing, customer service, or sales are a plus.
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
-Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present our services and convince potential customers.
-Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
-Familiarity with Google Drive and proficiency in using technology for call management and record-keeping is an added advantage.
